Welcome to Eszoneo.com. By accessing our website, sending inquiries, or using our sourcing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
Eszoneo.com is a specialized B2B sourcing platform for batteries, energy storage systems (ESS), Power Conversion Systems (PCS), and related renewable energy materials from China. We aim to showcase advanced technology to a global audience and facilitate collaboration between Chinese suppliers ("Suppliers") and international buyers ("Buyers") through our online platform, sourcing magazine, and matchmaking events.
1.1 Nature of Service: Eszoneo provides an online venue for Suppliers to list products and for Buyers to search for products and send inquiries (RFQs). We also offer offline matchmaking and sourcing assistance.
1.2 No Agency: No agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer, or franchiser-franchisee relationship is intended or created by these Terms between you and Eszoneo.
2.1 Transactions Between Users:
Any transaction, negotiation, or contract concerning products (including batteries and ESS) is strictly between the Buyer and the Supplier. Eszoneo is not responsible for:
2.2 Release: In the event of a dispute with one or more users (Supplier or Buyer), you release Eszoneo (and our officers, directors, agents, and employees) from claims, demands, and damages of every kind arising out of such disputes.
3.1 Inquiries (RFQs): You may use our inquiry system to contact Suppliers. You agree that your inquiries will be genuine business requests. You must not send spam, phishing links, or fraudulent offers.
3.2 Information Accuracy: You represent that any information you provide to us or to Suppliers (including contact details and sourcing requirements) is accurate and up-to-date.
4.1 Buyer's Responsibility: Products listed on our platform (Lithium batteries, ESS) are often classified as Class 9 Dangerous Goods. As a Buyer, you are solely responsible for:
4.2 No Endorsement: Eszoneo does not endorse or guarantee the safety specifications of any product listed by Suppliers. We are not liable for any fire, injury, or damage caused by products sourced through our platform.
5.1 Platform Content: All content created by Eszoneo (site design, text, graphics, sourcing reports) is our property. You may not copy or mirror our website without consent.
5.2 Supplier Content: Product images, trademarks, and descriptions displayed on listings are provided by the respective Suppliers. If you believe any content infringes your IP rights, please contact us for a takedown review.
Our services may involve linking you to third-party suppliers or service providers. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, terms, or content of these third parties. Participation in our offline matchmaking events is at your own risk.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ESZONEO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR ANY PRODUCTS SOURCED THROUGH THE PLATFORM.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes specifically involving Eszoneo (the Platform) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hong Kong.
Note: Disputes regarding product quality or payment must be resolved directly between the Buyer and the Supplier under their specific contract terms.
