This machine is cylindrical cell manufacturing equipment capable of 24-hour non-stop operation. The equipment is used for unwinding and deviation correction of cathode and anode sheets. Following this, ultrasonic welding and taping are performed on the cathode/anode tab, then CCD detects surface defects and measure related dimensions. After the electrode are loaded, they are wound together with the separator to form cylindrical cells. Subsequent processes include cutting, applying terminal adhesive tape, heat punching, diameter measurement, CCD appearance inspection, and short-circuit testing. Finally, the cells are transferred via a conveyor belt to the ATC system for automatic tray loading.
