This machine is cylindrical cell manufacturing equipment capable of 24-hour non-stop operation! The equipment is used for unwinding and deviation correction of cathode and anode sheets. Following this, High-speed laser notching is performed on the cathode/anode tabs, then CCD detects surface defects and measure related dimensions. After the electrode are loaded, they are wound together with the separator to form cylindrical cells. Subsequent processes include cutting, applying terminal adhesive tape, heat punching, Cell terminal molding, CCD appearance/diameter inspection, and CCD terminal tab inspection Finally, the cells are transferred via a conveyor belt to the ATC system for automatic tray loading.
