BSP series power battery performance testing system is a bi directional single channel, multi-channel high-precision DC power supply processing system controlled by the computer remote testing, monitoring and processing platform. Users can set parameters to flexibly control the two-way flow of energy between equipment and load. The system is specially designed to meet the requirements of users for performance testing of power battery PACK.

Product features:

(1) Input and output are electrically isolated, with leakage current protection function, effectively preventing electrical safety accidents.

(2) It adopts Infineon high-voltage IGBT module bipolar conversion and pure digital power frequency isolation power supply.

(3) At the same time, it has two characteristics of power supply and load. In addition to the performance of high-power DC power supply, it realizes the load function of energy automatic feedback to the grid, and has the outstanding advantages of energy conservation and consumption reduction, green and environmental protection;

(4) DCDC side adopts carrier phase-shifting circuit, which makes DC output side more accurate and smaller ripple;

(5) It can realize the characteristics of wide output voltage range, high precision and fast dynamic response.

(6) PWM rectifier+PWM inverter principle is adopted, power factor > 0.99, THD and injected harmonic current meet the national standard GB/T14549-93;

(7) High voltage film capacitor is selected as DC support capacitor, with reliable performance and long service life;

(8) DC output side adopts high-voltage DC fuse for effective short-circuit protection.
