PRODUCT OVERVIEW
With the rapid development of the modern electric power industry and the transformation in the structure of electricity loads in the system, social production and precision manufacturing are growingly dependent on electronic equipment. Voltage dips have become a major problem for users.
According to the data of EPRI, more than 92% of power quality events are voltage dips and swells, while other power quality events only account for less than 8%. Voltage dips have been identified as the most prevalent event in power systems by a number of international research organizations. Therefore, it is vital to protect the sensitive equipment from voltage dips (swells). KLD-DVR series dynamic voltage regulation real-time control equipment provides the solution of voltage dips (swells) equipment, which can quickly correct the voltage in real time and solve the problem of voltage dips, swells and interruptions in the power supply of social production or precision manufacturing, ensuring that the loads continue to operate and the power supply will not be interrupted.

VOLTAGE DIP
The definition of voltage dips is specified in IEEE standard and national standards "Power quality—Voltage dips and short interruptions": a phenomenon that the effective power frequency voltage of a point in the power system is temporarily reduced to 10% ~ 90% of the rated voltage, and lasts for 10ms ~ 1min, during which the system frequency remains the nominal value and then returns to normal level.
OPERATION MODE INTRODUCTION
Grid voltage is in normal operation
KLD-DVR is in grid power supply mode, where the grid supplies power directly to the load through the equipment, while the KLD-DVR converter obtains energy from the output side to charge the supercapacitor.
Grid voltage dips
KLD-DVR is in inverter power supply mode, where the energy from the supercapacitor is converted by the KLD-DVR converter into a standard voltage source to power the load.
Grid voltage powers off
KLD-DVR is in inverter power supply mode, where the energy from the supercapacitor is converted by the KLD-DVR converter into a standard voltage source to power the load.
FAST COMPENSATION EFFECT
KLD-DVR series can provide fast and accurate protection for the user's important equipment, preventing voltage dips and swells from causing equipment shutdown and economic losses. Even if the voltage drops to zero, the equipment can still output 100% of the rated voltage to support the normal operation. The typical response time is less than 2ms.
