The testing setup has a high density with 288 testing channels with pressure and temperature application accuracy. The dimensions are accommodating for battery cells with lengths from 10-155mm, widths from 10-105mm and thicknesses from 5-13mm, it supports optimization in the formation of pouch batteries for mass production testing.

Three sets of fixtures are pressurized independently and has accuracy control to ±35 kg on the pressure. The 25-layered heating plates have layered temperature control with temperature stability of ±3 °C. High Efficiency Testing
288 channels could be tested synchronously so the equipment can process testing operations of over 50,000 battery cells a day. The equipment can test current configurations from 0.01 A to 5 A supporting small currents for the activation process.
