The N32L406 series features a 32-bit Arm? Cortex?-M4F core with a maximum operating frequency of 64MHz, supporting floating-point operations and DSP instructions. It integrates up to 128KB of embedded Flash memory and 24KB of SRAM. The series includes a range of high-performance analog devices, including one 12-bit 4.5Msps ADC, two independent rail-to-rail operational amplifiers, two high-speed comparators, and one 1Msps 12-bit DAC. It also integrates digital communication interfaces such as U(S)ART, LPUART, I2C, SPI, USB, and CAN, as well as a Segment LCD driving interface and multiple hardware-accelerated cryptographic algorithms.
